BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Strong communities support healthy business growth and at Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland (CWPGC), we help businesses scale and thrive both organically and inorganically. Our business development services are designed to create opportunity, drive long-term value, and strengthen the communities we serve.

We collaborate with General Managers and Construction Managers (GM/CMs) to create sustainable pathways for business participation, capacity building, and economic impact.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

We Support individuals by providing enriched, inclusive workforce training and meaningful opportunities for all. We believe that skills, raw talent and a desire to learn can lead to long-term success both for individuals and the communities they serve.

Our workforce development programs are designed to empower those who may not yet know How to begin, but have the motivation to learn a new skill. We meet people where they are, equipping them with the knowledge, training, and confidence needed to thrive in today's workforce.

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT

We are committed to supporting youth who aspire to become successful entrepreneurs. Our programs guide young innovators from the ideation stage through the fundamentals of launching and maintaining a business. We work to eliminate barriers by providing resources, tools, and real opportunities for growth ad development. Through strategic partnerships, we connect youth with mentors, professionals, and networks that help them achieve their goals and bring their dreams to life.
